首先,马铃薯喜欢凉爽环境,收获后愈合期温度应保持在15~20℃,冷藏期温度应保持在0~5℃;而甘薯喜欢温暖环境,收获后愈合期温度要求在36~38℃,宜存放在12~14℃条件下。如果将两者存放于同一窖内,不仅不能兼顾各自不同特点,而且甘薯发出的热量和二氧化碳会严重影响马铃薯的安全贮存。其次,两者在贮藏期对湿度的要求也不相同。马铃薯贮藏期的适宜相对湿度为90%左右,而甘薯为95%左
