思政教育是提高学生道德品质、思想内涵的主要途径,也是促进学生全面发展的重要方式。然而,在应试教育体制下,许多学校对学生的思政教育投入不足,导致学生的思想道德素质无法得到有效提高。尤其是我国的高职院校,在职业化技术化的教学方针下,往往忽视了德育的重要性。为提高高职院校的思政教育质量,本文将从高职思政教育体制的特点和缺陷入手,分析在高职实行研讨式思政理论课的可行性。
The ideological and political education is the main way to improve students’ moral character and thought connotation, and also an important way to promote the all-round development of students. However, under the examination-oriented education system, many schools do not invest enough in students ’ideological and political education, which leads to the students’ ideological and moral quality can not be effectively improved. Especially the higher vocational colleges in our country, under the technical teaching principle of occupation, they often neglect the importance of moral education. In order to improve the quality of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, this article starts with the characteristics and defects of the ideological and political education system in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the feasibility of applying seminar-based ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges.
