患者男性,40岁。因劳累后出现左小腿后侧疼痛1年入院。患者1年来劳累后出现左小腿后侧疼痛,左足背侧足底部麻木、发凉,疼痛呈间断,久行后加重,休息后减轻。CT检查显示:L4～5椎间盘突出。椎管造影显示:L3～4、L4～5椎间盘突出。曾给予针灸、按摩、牵引等治疗未见好转,转来本院。查体:体温37.1℃,脉搏84次/min,呼吸20次/min,血压160/90mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。痛苦面容,心肺正常,
