近几年来,我国人造板工业,在毛主席革命路线指引下,获得迅速发展。但是,在人造板生产中,用于锯边的圆锯片锯齿极易变钝,以致频繁停车换锯,造成修锯工人数的增加和影响劳动生产率的提高,妨碍着自动生产线连续运转。为了解决上述矛盾,也为了在木材机械加工生产中广泛应用硬质合金刀具,我们协同上海机械刀片厂、上海人造板厂,通过锯切碎料板的硬质合金圆锯片的试验,对这种刀具的性能,使用和锯齿磨损规律作了初步研究。
