我厂肥皂车间调合皂液工人在操作中常因皂液溅入眼内,发生眼烧伤。两年来,在门诊遇到6例,经及时治疗后效果满意,现报告如下: 例1:崔××,男,23岁,工人,因工作不慎皂液溅入右眼内,及时用清水冲洗后,仍感眼疼、红肿,即来我科就诊。 眼部检查:视力:右0.6,左1.2,右眼睑皮肤潮红、肿胀,结膜充血++,球结膜水肿十,以外眦部为重。2％荧光素染色呈阳性,角膜水肿(+)
