根据新疆维吾尔自治区主要病虫越冬基数、种植业结构、气象因素等综合分析,新疆维吾尔自治区植物保护站预计2013年新疆农作物主要病虫害发生程度与2012年基本持平,全疆主要农作物病虫害发生面积7665万亩次。一、粮食作物病虫害预计粮食作物病虫害总体中等发生(3级),发生面积2820万亩次,其中病害发生面积955万亩次,虫害发生面积1865万亩次。(一)病害小麦病害总体偏轻发生(2级),发生面积790万亩次。其中,小麦条锈病偏轻发生(2级),局部中等发生(3级),发生面
