由于旋转电极光电直读发射光谱法进行机车润滑油中磨损金属分析,是一种不解体的检测手段,所以它是一种非常经济、有效、快速的分析方法。在国外已得到广泛应用,方法基本描述见文献。近期情况,见文献。近年来,也有将润滑油用有机溶剂稀释后,直接分析。这种直接稀释的方法,都是对粘度较小,比较稀薄,磨损金属颗粒非常微小时,才比较适用。而我们是针对粘度比较大,非常稠密(象黄牛油状),磨损金属颗粒比较大的火车客车车箱轴承润滑油进行分析。
