目的分析男男性行为者艾滋病综合干预失败原因,为艾滋病防治提供科学依据。方法采用深度访谈的方法,通过对随州市2010-2015年MSM综合干预失败者进行深入访谈,分析其性行为特征、危险因素。结果共访谈25名,其中42岁以上占72%,未婚、离异或丧偶占92%,初中以下学历占48%,无固定职业者56%,拥有4个以上性伴者占72%,接受干预前后均发生过无保护肛交,艾滋病知识知晓率达100%,92%对象认为在同伴交往中经济实力较强一方有话语权。结论知行分离、隐性商业性行为、更加放纵孤独的大年龄MSM,是综合干预失败的主要因素。
Objective To analyze the causes of HIV / AIDS failure among MSM and provide a scientific basis for AIDS prevention and treatment. Methods By means of in-depth interviews, we conducted in-depth interviews with MSM comprehensive failure in Suizhou from 2010 to 2015 to analyze the characteristics of sexual behavior and risk factors. Results A total of 25 interviewees were interviewed, of whom 72% were over the age of 42, 92% were unmarried, divorced or widowed, 48% had junior high school education, 56% were unemployed, 72% had 4 or more sexual partners, Before and after the occurrence of unprotected anal sex, awareness of AIDS knowledge rate of 100%, 92% of the respondents believe that peers in economic exchanges have a stronger right to speak. Conclusion The separation of knowledge and practice, implicit commercial behavior, and more indulgent loneliness of large age MSM is the main factor in the failure of comprehensive intervention.
