With the continuous deepening of the reform and the vigorous rise of the market economy, the problem of dynamic management of enterprises’ labor has become increasingly prominent before every manager. In order to further adapt to the new situation and do a good job of this work, this article tries to make some inquiries into its connotation, significance, and principles that it must uphold. I. Connotation and Standards of Dynamic Management of Enterprises The so-called “dynamic management” is said to use the fashionable language of the previous paragraph: to break the old model of “a big three railways,” and to implement “employees can enter and exit, wages can rise and fall, and cadres A new type of labor contract mechanism that can go down and down. Or called “bidirectional choice, two-way flow”; the position changes with the actual performance, the rewards are floating with the effect, and the level of the operation is constant.
