目的观察吸水链霉菌FC904(S.hygroscopicusFC904)原生质体的形成及释放过程。方法用溶菌酶处理S.hygroscopicusFC904的菌丝体,取不同酶解时间的标本进行光镜及电镜观察。结果S.hygroscopicusFC904原生质体的形成及释放过程为菌丝体细胞膜内陷、收缩、分段,进而质壁分离,在菌丝体内形成多个原生质体,并以两种形式释放出原生质体,(1)从细胞壁开口处挤出,(2)为细胞壁消解,原生质体“就地”释放。结论S.hygroscopicusFC904原生质体的形成及释放过程已明确
Objective To observe the formation and release of protoplasts of Streptomyces hygroscopicus FC904 (S.hygroscopicusFC904). Methods Lysozyme treatment of S. HygroscopicusFC904 mycelium, take different enzymatic hydrolysis time specimens were observed by light microscopy and electron microscopy. Results S. The formation and release of hygroscopicusFC904 protoplasts are the process of invagination, contraction, segmentation and plasmolysis of the mycelial cell membrane, forming multiple protoplasts in the mycelium and releasing the protoplasts in two forms: (1) Extrusion of cell wall openings, (2) cell wall digestion, protoplasts “in situ” release. Conclusion The formation and release of hygroscopicusFC904 protoplasts has been well established
