就业是民生之本,我国绝大部分家庭的收入主要来源于就业产生的收入。就业问题不能得到及时有效地解决,这将会拉大社会各阶层收入的差距,使得贫富分化加剧,甚至导致部分家庭失去基本的生活保障,同时也会使失业者心理遭受严重打击,在一定程度上会影响社会稳定。因此,就业问题一直是我国政府极为关注并不断采取有力措施予以解决的问题。当前我国就业市场上劳动力的供给和需求之间矛盾突出,研究分析这些矛盾问题,从中找到影响就业的主要因素并提出解决就业问题措施建议,为政府制定相关经济政策提供依据,具有现实意义。 Employment is the basis of people's livelihood. Studying and analyzing these contradictions, finding the main factors affecting employment and putting forward suggestions on measures to solve the employment problem, are of practical significance for the government to formulate the relevant economic policies.
