采用Ｂｕｃｈｅｒｅｒ—Ｂｅｒｇｓ环化法，以２—甲基—２—羟基丙腈为起始原料合成了５，５—二甲基乙内酰脲。同时对连续法进行了初步考察，重点探讨了原料配比、反应温度和时间对产率的影响，从而确定了最佳合成条件，使总产率达８５％。
Using Bucherer-Bergs cyclization, 5-dimethylhydantoin was synthesized from 2-methyl-2-hydroxypropionitrile. At the same time, the preliminary study on the continuous process was carried out. The effects of the raw material ratio, the reaction temperature and the time on the yield were discussed. The optimum synthesis conditions were determined and the total yield reached 85%.
