考察雪莲细胞培养物对高血脂模型的大鼠的降血脂作用,同时考察对高血脂人群的降血脂作用。结果显示,雪莲细胞培养物高、中、低剂量组均能明显降低高血脂模型大鼠血清中总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义。人体试服试验中,雪莲细胞培养物与对照组相比,实验组在服用后血液总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量明显降低,说明雪莲培养物能够显著降低高血脂人群的血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量,具有显著的降血脂作用。
