目的 :观察受试药物的抗关节炎作用。方法 :通过角叉菜胶诱发大鼠足爪肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿、大鼠佐剂性关节炎试验进行观察。结果 :受试物对角叉菜胶诱发的大鼠足爪肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿、大鼠佐剂性关节炎均有显著抑制作用。结论 :动物实验表明 ,受试药物具有抗关节炎作用
Objective: To observe the anti-arthritic effect of the tested drugs. Methods: The rat paw swelling induced by carrageenan, rat granuloma of cotton and adjuvant arthritis in rats were observed. Results: The test substance had a significant inhibitory effect on carrageenan induced paw edema, rat granuloma and adjuvant arthritis in rats. Conclusion: Animal experiments show that the test drug has anti-arthritic effect
