采用振荡离心法提取、柱层析法净化技术,成功建立了气相色谱-质谱法同时测定银杏叶中五种有机磷农药残留量的方法。结果表明,采用程序升温,所测定的五种有机磷农药在HP-5MS柱上得到了很好的分离,且方法简单、快速、灵敏,完全符合实际需要。方法回收率在88.8%~102%之间,相对标准偏差为1.6%~4.7%,最低定量检出浓度在0.01~0.05 mg/kg之间。
The method of simultaneous determination of five organophosphorus pesticide residues in Ginkgo biloba leaves by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was successfully established by shaking centrifugation and column chromatography. The results showed that the five organophosphorus pesticides were separated on the HP-5MS column by the programmed temperature and the method was simple, rapid and sensitive, which fully met the actual needs. The method recoveries ranged from 88.8% to 102% with relative standard deviations of 1.6% -4.7%. The minimum detectable concentrations ranged from 0.01 mg / kg to 0.05 mg / kg.
