This is the National Crossing of Badaling at National Highway No. 110, The main passage of coal to Beijing has overloaded vehicles over the past few years, resulting in serious damage to the road. Several bridges on the route have become dangerous bridges of four types, posing a danger to the rest of the world. Recently, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Highway decided to submit a report to the Beijing municipal government, apply for this section of the traffic cut off for one year, across the board to be rebuilt. What motivated Beijing’s transportation department to make such a big determination? When we visited the scene, we realized that overrun governance was much more complex than imagined.
