当前,职工下岗问题已成为社会关注的热点和焦点,做好下岗职工的再就业工作已成为我国很多部门压倒一切的头等大事。作为职工权益的维护者,工会更应把它作为当前工作的重中之重。如何充分发挥工会的“教育”职能,帮助下岗职工重新认识自我,提高自身素质,从根本上维护职工的权益,是摆在工会面前的一个重要问题。 笔者认为,工会发挥教育职能,推进再就业工程应从以下几方面入手:
At present, the issue of laid-off workers has become a hot issue and the focus of the society. Doing a good job of reemployment of laid-off workers has become a top priority for overwhelming many departments in our country. As the maintainers of workers’ rights and interests, the trade unions should make it a top priority of their current work. How to give full play to the “education” function of trade unions, help laid-off workers to re-understand themselves and improve their own quality, and fundamentally safeguard employees’ rights and interests is an important issue before trade unions. The author believes that trade unions play their educational functions, to promote re-employment project should start with the following aspects:
