目的:探索新的固位途径,解决前牙各类缺损修复难的问题。方法:用高速涡轮手机,制备多榫槽固位沟,经一般牙面清洁处理后即可用光固化材料充填修复缺损部位。结果:经临床120例,136颗牙修复后随访观察1~2年,固位良好,无1例修复体自行脱落,无牙髓并发症。结论:多榫槽固位沟修复前牙各类缺损,不需酸蚀处理,固位强度高,突破了传统支架式的修复方法
Objective: To explore new ways of fixation and to solve the problems of various types of defect repair of anterior teeth. Methods: Using high-speed turbine mobile phone, to prepare multiple mortise and tenon groove retention groove, the general tooth surface cleaning can be cured with light-cured material to fill the defect site. Results: After the clinical treatment of 120 cases and 136 teeth, the patients were followed up for 1 to 2 years with good retention. None of the prosthesis was detached on its own and had no complications of dental pulp. Conclusion: Multiple mortise-retention trenches repair various types of anterior teeth defects without acid etching and high retention strength, breaking through the traditional scaffold repair methods
