通过对几种不同成分的耐磨合金焊条焊接工艺和耐磨位磨损性能的对比分析知,高碳高铭铸铁型焊条具有较好的耐磨性,焊接性较差,这与其组织中有较多的硬质碳化物有关;而中高碳钢焊条只要能在马氏体基体上得到适当形貌的碳化物,其硬度和耐磨性均可达到甚至超过高碳高铭铸铁型焊条,且焊接住良好.分析表明合金元素Nb对堆焊焊条的耐磨性改善具有重要的作用.
