目的观察普米克令舒联合万托林雾化治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法选取120例急性毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予普米克令舒联合万托林雾化治疗,观察疗效。结果治疗组在肺部的哮鸣音消失、肺部的啰音消失、咳嗽消失等方面较对照组有显著疗效;治疗组在治愈率方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普米克令舒加万托林雾化吸入不但治疗毛细支气管炎方便,副作用较小,而且疗效确切,可作为治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的主要药物。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Pulmicort Respules combined with Vanthorine on children with bronchiolitis. Methods A total of 120 children with acute bronchiolitis were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given symptomatic treatment. On the basis of this, the treatment group was treated with Pulmicort Resp. Combined with WanTaoLing nebulization to observe the curative effect. Results In the treatment group, the wheeze of the lung disappeared, the pulmonary rales disappeared, and the cough disappeared. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Pulmicort sulgatanthin nebulized not only for the treatment of bronchiolitis convenience, less side effects, and the exact effect, can be used as the main drug for the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.
