随着医疗体制改革的不断深化,医院财务管理逐步成为了医院各项管理的中心环节。新形势下,医院财务管理在全面预算管理、财务内部控制、成本管理、财务人员素质等方面尚存在一些问题,严重制约着医院管理水平的提高,影响着医院的健康稳定发展,所以改进和完善医院财务管理工作已经势在必行。本文在分析医院财务管理存在的问题基础上,针对性地提出加强财务管理的具体对策。
