为提升我国石油行业在国际上的影响力,我国石油企业积极引进先进的物资管理方案,以便缩减生产成本,但现阶段我国石油企业物资管理方面仍存在一些问题,使物流成本控制的效果并不理想。本文通过对现阶段石油企业物资管理方面存在的问题,对控制物流成本的方案进行研究,以提高我国石油企业的经济利润,提升其整体竞争力做出努力。
In order to enhance the international influence of China’s petroleum industry, China’s petroleum enterprises actively introduce advanced material management solutions in order to reduce production costs, but there are still some problems in the material management of China’s petroleum enterprises at this stage, so that the effect of logistics cost control is not ideal. Based on the existing problems in material management of petroleum enterprises, this paper studies the schemes to control logistics costs, and makes efforts to improve the economic profit of our petroleum enterprises and enhance their overall competitiveness.
