存活蛋白(Survivin)作为凋亡抑制(inhibitor of apoptosis,IAP)蛋白家族的重要成员,是目前已发现的最强的凋亡抑制因子。最新研究表明Survivin是一个多功能分子,其作用包括抑制细胞凋亡、促进细胞转化、参与细胞有丝分裂、促进血管的生成和增强肿瘤细胞耐药性等多个方面。因此,Survivin已成为目前普遍看好的抗肿瘤新靶标。本文主要简要概述了Survivin在细胞分裂和细胞凋亡过程中的作用,及Survivin与抗肿瘤药物相关研究的最新进展和成果,同时也对靶向抑制Survivin的抗肿瘤策略与药物研究现状作了简要介绍,对研究和开发以Survivin为靶标的新型抗肿瘤药物和疫苗具有一定的指导意义。
Survivin, an important member of the inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) family of proteins, is the strongest inhibitor of apoptosis that has been found so far. Recent studies show that Survivin is a multifunctional molecule whose functions include inhibiting apoptosis, promoting cell transformation, participating in cell mitosis, promoting blood vessel formation and enhancing tumor cell resistance. Therefore, Survivin has become a new anti-tumor target that is generally favored. This review summarizes the role of Survivin in cell division and apoptosis, as well as the recent progress and achievements in Survivin and antitumor drug-related research, as well as a brief overview of antitumor strategies and drug research targeting Survivin Introduction, to research and development of new antitumor drugs and vaccines targeting Survivin has a certain guiding significance.
