河北省保定地区农业机械化研究所,为我国农业科学研究单位考种研制成功了一种5TY-20型麦类单穗脱粒机,于1984年3月底由河北省农业厅组织通过了技术鉴定。1984年麦收时节由中国农业科学院作物研究所、河北省农业科学院和河北农业大学等单位进行了中间生产试验,受到有关专家较高的评价,现已批量生产。该机采用了叶轮脱粒、气流风选、封闭式作业流程。它由喂入、脱粒、清选、接种斗、接杂袋、工具斗、动力电机等部分组成(见图)。专家们认为5TY
Baoding Prefecture of Hebei Province Institute of Agricultural Mechanization, China Agricultural Research Units test species successfully developed a 5TY-20 wheat single spike thresher, by the end of March 1984 by the Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture Organization passed the technical appraisal. 1984 wheat harvest season by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Crop Research Institute, Hebei Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Hebei Agricultural University and other units conducted intermediate production tests, by the relevant experts a higher rating, is now in volume production. The machine uses the impeller threshing, air flow election, closed-end operations. It consists of feeding, threshing, cleaning, vaccination bucket, then the bag, tool bucket, power motor and other components (see photo). Experts think 5TY
