在我国传统的幼儿园教学中,一直以集体教学为中心对学生进行教学。这种教学模式既然能够长久存在,就必然有其一定的意义,作为幼儿园教学教师,首先要充分认识集体教学存在的价值,以优化师幼互动为中心,以促进幼儿健康成长为根本中心。这项工作在实际教学中具有一定的难度。在实际教学中,师幼互动存在着若干的难题。本文就幼儿园师幼互动所存在的障碍出发,并对其解决方法进行了详细论述,为当下更多的幼儿园教师处理师幼互动问题提供了理论参考。
In our country’s traditional kindergarten teaching, we have always been teaching students on the basis of collective teaching. Since such a teaching model can exist for a long time, it must have its own meaning. As a kindergarten teaching teacher, we must first fully understand the value of collective teaching, optimize the interaction between teachers and children, and promote the healthy growth of young children. This work in the actual teaching has a certain degree of difficulty. In the actual teaching, there are some problems in the interaction between teacher and child. This article starts from the obstacles existing in the interaction between teachers and children in Kindergarten, and discusses the solutions in detail. It provides a theoretical reference for more Kindergarten teachers to deal with the interaction between teachers and children.
