锌是人体内必需的微量元素之一,现代医学研究表明,锌与机体的代谢及某些疾病有关。笔者自1984～1985两年,用锌溶液治疗小儿异食癖16例,疗效显著,现报告如下: 1.临床资料:16例中男11例,女5例;1～3岁14例,3岁以上2例;异食种类:泥土7例,煤渣4例,纸张2例,食盐2例,香烟头1例。 2.剂量及用法:儿童按每日每公斤体重1～2毫克锌计算,亦可口服0.2％硫酸锌溶液,每次5毫升,每日三次,一个月为一疗程。
