为探索原发性裂孔性视网膜脱离的病因,我们检测了100例裂孔性视网膜脱离人发微量元素锰、铜、钙与正常组比较。发现发铜在轻、高度近视及无近视的原发性裂孔性视网膜脱离组中低于正常对照组,P值<0.01。100例裂孔性视网膜脱离患者发锰均低于正常对照组,P值<0.01。轻度近视和无近视的裂孔性视网膜脱离者发钙低于正常对照组,P值<0.05。本研究说明原发性视网膜脱离的病因与发锰、铜、钙低于正常参考值有关。本研究对揭示原发性视网膜脱离的病因有一定的参考价值。可对该病易发人群进行人发锰、铜、钙的测定。
To explore the etiology of primary retinal detachment, we examined 100 cases of retinal detachment from human hair trace elements manganese, copper, calcium compared with the normal group. Found that copper in the light, high myopia and no myopia in primary retinal detachment group was lower than the normal control group, P <0.01. 100 cases of patients with retinal detachment of hair manganese were lower than the normal control group, P value <0.01. Myopia with mild myopia and no myopia of retinal detachment were lower than the normal control group, P <0.05. This study shows that the cause of primary retinal detachment and hair manganese, copper, calcium lower than the normal reference value. This study has some reference value to reveal the etiology of primary retinal detachment. The disease can be susceptible to human hair manganese, copper, calcium determination.
