本文提出了用碘化1-乙基-4-(4-二乙基氨基苯偶氮)吡啶光度法测定水中微量阴离子表面活性剂的操作方法。在pH为5的醋酸与醋酸钠缓冲溶液存在下,用EDTA为掩蔽剂,阳离子染料与阴离子表面活性剂形成离子缔合物,用氯仿萃取振荡12min,静置15min,放出氯仿层在654nm测吸光度,阴离子表面活性剂在氯仿中的浓度为0—1.5×10~(-5)M时服从比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.3×10~4。
This paper presents a method for the determination of trace anionic surfactants in water using 1-ethyl-4- (4-diethylaminophenylazo) pyridine iodide photometric method. EDTA was used as masking agent in the presence of acetic acid and sodium acetate buffer solution at pH 5 to form ionic association with anionic surfactant. The mixture was extracted with chloroform and shaken for 12 min, allowed to stand for 15 min, then the chloroform layer was allowed to emit absorbance at 654 nm , The anionic surfactant obeys Beer’s law when the concentration of anionic surfactant in chloroform is 0-1.5 × 10 ~ (-5) M, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 6.3 × 10 ~ 4.
