我院收治1例外鼻尖被牙齿咬脱伤的患者,行再植手术成功。 患者李某,女性,21岁,农民。因婚恋变态,于1992年6月12日晚上7时,被男方突然咬伤外鼻,致鼻尖脱落。伤后患者即用手绢将脱落而未着地的肉块包好,速来就诊。查患者外鼻尖部缺损,尤右侧鼻为重,伤口被血凝块覆盖,脱落的肉块似等边三角形状,约2cm×2.5cm,苍白色。 再植方法:用生理盐水冲洗肉块,放入0.5％灭滴灵溶液中浸泡备用。清洗外鼻伤口至伤口有鲜血渗出。
