研究铝合金盘式节点在弯矩作用下的承载力计算方法,对试验中5种不同尺寸、不同受力杆件的盘式节点破坏模式进行了分析,分别推导了每种破坏模式下对应的节点承载力。结合ABAQUS软件对加载过程进行有限元模拟,给出了节点板及杆件由于应力集中造成了节点拉力修正的系数γ。与试验结果的比较表明,给出的铝合金网壳结构盘式节点承载力简化计算公式具有良好的实用性,而且考虑节点发生块状撕裂的脆性破坏形式而预留了一定的安全储备,可应用于铝合金网壳结构盘式节点工程设计。
The calculation method of the bearing capacity of aluminum alloy disc joints under bending moment is studied. The failure modes of the disc joints of five different sizes and different types of stressed members are analyzed, and the failure modes corresponding to each failure mode Node bearing capacity. Combined with the ABAQUS software, the loading process was simulated by finite element method, and the coefficient γ of node tension correction caused by stress concentration was given. Compared with the experimental results, it is shown that the simplified formula for calculating the bearing capacity of disc-shaped joints of reticulated aluminum alloy shell has good practicability, and a certain safety reserve is reserved considering the brittle failure mode of massive tearing of joints. It can be applied to the engineering design of aluminum alloy reticulated disk node.
