番茄系统感染TMV诱导叶可溶性蛋白发生变化,SDS—PAGE分析表明,叶片因感染TMV而引起新蛋白的合成。分析番茄叶片的一些糖苷酶和氧化酶总活力和胞外酶活力表明,感病引起几丁酶等糖苷醇和多酚氧化酶等氧化酶活力上升,而且这些酶活性主要位于细胞外。
