以超高产大豆辽豆14、中黄35与普通品种辽豆11为试材,在盆栽条件下于不同生育时期比较超高产品种和普通品种根系活力和根瘤特性的差异。结果表明:R2期伤流量超高产品种与普通品种差异显著,根系活力则是普通品种辽豆11最大,但在R4和R6期超高产品种根系伤流量和根系活力均显著大于普通品种;R4和R6期,超高产品种根瘤重、固氮活性、固氮量均显著高于普通品种辽豆11。R2和R4期,施磷酸二铵100 mg.kg-1处理的根系伤流量和根系活力显著高于其它施肥处理。因此,超高产大豆品种在R4和R6期具有更强的根系生理功能。
The results showed that root activity and nodulation characteristics of super-high-yield soybean Liaodou 14, Zhonghuang 35 and common Liaodou 11 were compared under different pot-growing conditions at different growth stages. The results showed that there was significant difference between R2 super-high-yielding varieties and ordinary varieties, and the root activity was the largest among the common varieties Liaohu 11, but the root trauma and root activity of super-high-yielding varieties R4 and R6 were significantly greater than that of common varieties R4 and In R6 phase, the root nodule weight, nitrogen fixation activity and nitrogen fixation of the super high-yielding cultivars were significantly higher than those of the common cultivar Liaodou11. In roots R2 and R4, the root trauma and root activity of DAP 100 mg.kg-1 were significantly higher than those of other treatments. Therefore, the super high-yielding soybean varieties have stronger root physiological functions in R4 and R6 phases.
