用划痕标记染料示踪技术(SLDT) 观察了几种植物水提取的混合液———罗甘口服液对香烟烟雾凝聚物(CSC) 抑制V79 细胞间隙连接通讯功能(GJIC) 的影响。研究结果证实40μg/ml以上剂量CSC 可阻断GJIC 功能。0 .5 ~12 .5 mg/ ml 剂量罗甘口服液对GJIC 无抑制作用。预加罗甘口服液对CSC 阻断GJIC 功能起保护作用,表明罗甘口服液可抑制CSC 的促癌作用。
Scratch-mark dye tracer technique (SLDT) was used to investigate the effect of oral extract of plant extracts (Luo-Gang) on cell-gap junctional communication (GJIC) of V79 cells by cigarette smoke condensate (CSC) The results confirm that 40μg / ml above CSC can block GJIC function. 0. 5 ~ 12. 5 mg / ml dose of oral Luo Gan GJIC no inhibitory effect.
