用划痕标记染料示踪技术（ＳＬＤＴ） 观察了几种植物水提取的混合液———罗甘口服液对香烟烟雾凝聚物（ＣＳＣ） 抑制Ｖ７９ 细胞间隙连接通讯功能（ＧＪＩＣ） 的影响。研究结果证实４０μｇ／ｍｌ以上剂量ＣＳＣ 可阻断ＧＪＩＣ 功能。０ ．５ ～１２ ．５ ｍｇ／ ｍｌ 剂量罗甘口服液对ＧＪＩＣ 无抑制作用。预加罗甘口服液对ＣＳＣ 阻断ＧＪＩＣ 功能起保护作用，表明罗甘口服液可抑制ＣＳＣ 的促癌作用。
Scratch-mark dye tracer technique (SLDT) was used to investigate the effect of oral extract of plant extracts (Luo-Gang) on cell-gap junctional communication (GJIC) of V79 cells by cigarette smoke condensate (CSC) The results confirm that 40μg / ml above CSC can block GJIC function. 0. 5 ~ 12. 5 mg / ml dose of oral Luo Gan GJIC no inhibitory effect. Pregregal oral liquid has a protective effect on CSC blocking GJIC function, indicating that oral glucose can inhibit the carcinogenic effect of CSC.
