采用3~5%NaOH液浸泡处理涤纶薄膜是我们近两年来使用的一种新方法。它具有以下几个特点:①能除去薄膜表面上的附着物及其自身产生的静电引力。NaOH是一种强电解质,有正负两种电荷,这些附着物,灰尘、纤维等物质多以正负离子间的吸引而附着于薄膜表面的大磁场上。当其在水中与NaOH液接触和洗涤下,电荷间的引力发生改变,至使薄膜表面上的附着物被其更大的磁场NaOH液中强电解质所吸引、结合而被同时洗脱。分子间的引力发生改变,静电引力被破坏。②能破坏和杀死由于薄膜受污染所带来的细菌和热原。热原和细菌均能被强酸强碱所破坏,因此它能杀死细菌和破坏热原的产生。③处理方法简单,洁净度高,不受任何液体药物的影响。NaOH是一种强
