采用ＰＥＩ染色的方法，经电镜检查，研究了肝素对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾小球系膜区阴离子位点的影响。结果表明，阿霉素肾病大鼠与正常对照组相比，肾小球系膜阴离子位点明显丢失，肝素处理阿霉素（ＡＤＲ）肾病大鼠系膜阴离子位点丢失显著减轻。肝素对肾小球系膜的阴离子位点具有保护作用。
The effect of heparin on the mesangial area of glomerular mesangial area in adriamycin-induced nephropathy rats was studied by PEI staining. The results showed that compared with the normal control group, the mesangial anion sites in adriamycin-induced nephrotic rats were significantly lost, and the loss of mesangial anion sites in heparin-treated adriamycin-induced nephropathy rats was significantly reduced. Heparin has a protective effect on the glomerular mesangial anion sites.
