对12例肾癌患者手术前施行以明胶海绵为栓塞材料的肾动脉栓塞术，栓塞前后均行肾动脉造影，全部病例均达到满意栓塞，于栓塞后3～7日行肾切除术较为有利，本文对栓塞前后肾动脉造影、栓塞的材料、方法、栓塞后手术时机的选择、预防并发症等进行了探讨。
Preoperative renal artery embolization with gelatin sponge as embolic material was performed in 12 patients with renal cell carcinoma. Renal artery angiography was performed before and after embolization. Satisfactory embolization was achieved in all cases. Nephrectomy was performed 3 to 7 days after embolization. In this paper, before and after embolization of renal artery angiography, embolization of the material and method, the timing of surgery after the choice of embolization to prevent complications were discussed.
