马克思主义政治经济学原理告诉我们,在生产力诸要素中,起决定作用的是人不是物,“世界一切事物中,人是第一个可宝贵的”(毛泽东:《唯心历史观的破产》)。在物质资料生产过程中,劳动者是生产力首要的也是最根本的能动性因素。企业劳动生产率的高低,经济效益的好坏,都不可忽视人的决定作用。实践证明,职工劳动积极性的高低,决定着企业的兴衰。能否充分调动职工积极性是衡量企业思想政治工作有效性的显著标志。
The principle of Marxist political economy tells us that human beings are not the decisive factor among the various elements of the productive forces. “Among all things in the world, man is the first valuable” (Mao Tse-tung: “The Bankruptcy of Idealist View of History”) . In the process of material information production, laborers are the most important and fundamental motivation factor of productivity. The level of productivity of enterprises, economic benefits are good or bad, can not ignore the role of human decision. Practice has proved that the level of workers’ enthusiasm for work determines the rise and fall of enterprises. Whether or not we can fully arouse the enthusiasm of staff and workers is a significant indicator of the effectiveness of our ideological and political work.
