从广泛来讲我们常常提到的智慧型的城市,其实就是运用了多种信息技术和各种通信手段等方法去感测、分析、整合城市运行中出现的核心问题和各项系统运行的关键节点。进而,对包括资源环境、民生改善、安全监测、城市配套、商业活动在内的各种需求做出最及时的响应。其实质是利用先进的信息技术,来实现城市智慧式管理和运行,进而为城市中的人创造更舒适便捷的生活,体现了真正的幸福城市,以此来优化人们的城市生活系统。
From a broad range of wisdom cities that we often refer to, in fact, we use a variety of information technologies and various means of communication to sense, analyze and integrate the core issues in city operation and the keys to the various system operations node. In addition, we will respond promptly to all kinds of needs including resources and environment, improvement of people’s livelihood, safety monitoring, urban facilities and commercial activities. The essence is to use advanced information technology to realize the city’s smart management and operation, and then to create a more comfortable and convenient life for people in the city and embody the real happy city in order to optimize people’s urban living system.
