目的:研究鸡骨香醇提物的抗炎作用。方法:采用二甲苯至致耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀、琼脂致大鼠肉芽肿实验观察鸡骨香的抗炎作用;测定角叉菜胶致胸膜炎大鼠胸腔渗出液白细胞数量、前列腺素E2、肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-6的含量,探讨鸡骨香抗炎机制。结果:鸡骨香醇提物180 mg/kg、90 mg/kg能抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀;醇提物三个剂量能抑制角叉菜胶致炎6 h大鼠足肿胀和琼脂致大鼠肉芽肿增生;醇提物180 mg/kg能抑制胸膜炎大鼠胸腔渗出液白细胞募集、显著降低渗出液前列腺素E2、肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-6水平;醇提物90 mg/kg能降低胸腔渗出液前列腺素E2、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平。结论:鸡骨香具有一定的抗炎作用,机制可能与影响炎症介质表达有关。

Conclusion: Gorgonia vulgaris has some anti-inflammatory effects, and the mechanism may be related to affecting the expression of inflammatory mediators.
