“人的问题”是支撑教育理论的阿基米德点。法家思想关于人、人性的认识有丰富论述。由法家的人性观及其教育管理思想,笔者认为应该通过走向对话交往的教育管理实践的努力,为教育管理实践提供一个更全面、更科学的人性观和人学思想。
“Human Problems ” is the Archimedes supporting educational theory. The lawyer’s thoughts on human beings and humanity are extensively discussed. From the view of human nature of Legalists and the thought of educational management, the author believes that we should provide a more comprehensive and scientific idea of human nature and humanity through the efforts of educational management practices towards dialogue and interaction.
