医疗事故的处理是卫生行政主管部门和各级医疗单位一项很棘手的工作,虽然1978年国务院发布了《医疗事故处理办法》,1988年省政府又发布了《安徽省医疗事故处理实施细则》,但在实施过程中仍存在一定的问题。为促进医疗事故的妥善处理,维护医院工作秩序和社会安定,我县1992年11月与县保险公司磋商,首批66所医疗单位参加了医疗事故经济赔偿保险。现就这项工作的主要做法和体会浅述如下:
The handling of medical accidents is a very troublesome task for health administrative departments and medical units at all levels. Although the State Council issued the Measures for Handling Medical Accidents in 1978, the provincial government issued the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Medical Accident Disputes in Anhui Province in 1988, , But there are still some problems in the implementation process. In order to promote the proper handling of medical accidents and maintain the working order and social stability of the hospital, the county consulted with county insurance companies in November 1992, and the first batch of 66 medical units participated in the financial accident insurance for medical accidents. The main practices and experiences of this work are as follows:
