口语交际能力是现代公民的必备能力,作为一名教师应培养学生在各种交际活动中学会倾听、表达与交流,使学生具有文明和谐地进行人际交流的素养。目前,有的孩子因家庭的因素缺乏口语交际的习惯,减弱了口语交际的能力。这一部分学生就成了班级口语交际中的弱势群体。在平时的教学中,教师应营造安全气氛,激发了弱势学生口语交际的欲望;设置具体情境,为弱势学生提供了口语交际平台;巧用多种策略,提高了弱势学生口语交际的水平;采用多种渠道,拓展了弱势学生口语交际的空间。
Oral communicative competence is an essential ability of modern citizens. As a teacher, students should learn how to listen, express and communicate in various communicative activities so as to enable them to have a civilized and harmonious interpersonal communication. At present, some children lack the habit of oral communication due to family factors and weaken the ability of oral communication. This part of the students became the disadvantaged group in class oral communication.
