文化是学校发展的灵魂,对于引导学生树立正确的人生观,提高思想品德素质,开发智力,增进身心健康,形成正确的审美观,促进全面发展有着重要意义。现阶段学校文化建设的体系可以分为五个方面,即环境文化、活动文化、书香文化、科研文化、精神文化。科学规划环境文化,力求美雅;精心设计活动文化,力求时效;构建积淀书香文化,力求生态;创新夯实科研文化,力求实用;培育形成精神文化,力求传承。一、让校园成为师生心灵对白的窗口
Culture is the soul of school development. It is of great significance to guide students to establish a correct outlook on life, improve their ideological and moral qualities, develop their intelligence, enhance their physical and mental health, form a correct aesthetic outlook and promote all-round development. At this stage, the system of school culture construction can be divided into five aspects: environmental culture, activity culture, scholarly culture, scientific research culture and spiritual culture.
