随着生活条件的改善,生活方式发生的改变,现在的学校中“小胖墩”的数量也越来越多。通过这几年体育教学中和“小胖墩”们的深入交流中发现,他们对于自己的体型也很苦恼,也非常渴望像其他小朋友一样快乐地参与到体育活动中。从我踏上工作岗位就发现,每个班级都会有几个“小胖墩”。因为身体体型的影响,“小胖墩”们不爱运动,身体体质较差,出于安全因素的考虑,一开始我让他们根据自身感受参加体育课的练习,如在跑步时如果感觉呼吸困难的时候,允许放慢速度或者慢走进行调整;采取分层教学,让他们和其他学生进行不同运动负荷的训练等。但是我忽略了小孩子的调皮、自觉性
