一、问题的提出 排涝泵站设计外水位是计算泵站设计扬程的依据。泵站在设计扬程下排水流量必须要满足设计要求,也可以说泵站在设计内、外水位工况下,其除涝能力要达到设计标准。泵站除涝标准是用设计频率暴雨量来表示的。当外河水位与圩内暴雨有密切相关性,不同标准的设计频率暴雨会遭遇不同的外水位。显然,泵站要满足不同设计除涝标准的暴雨,其设计外水位也是不同的。设计外水位和除涝标准应当是相关联的,如用一固定频率外水位作为泵站设计外水位,其结果并非合理。
