文章以新南威尔士大学图书馆为案例,从服务类型、用户培训、支撑平台、人员配置、合作模式、宣传推广等方面分析其科研评价服务的特点。新南威尔士大学图书馆面向研究成果影响力生命周期提供科研评价服务、建立互联整合的支撑平台、采用有形与无形的用户培训相结合、成立专业的服务团队、以合作模式推进服务、建立多种宣传推广方式。国内高校图书馆可借鉴其经验,以整合的视角开展科研评价服务,加强馆员培训,重视用户需求,在变革的环境中寻求服务的创新变革。
Taking the UNSW Library as a case study, the article analyzes the characteristics of its research evaluation service from the aspects of service type, user training, support platform, staffing, cooperation mode and promotion. The University of New South Wales Library provides scientific research evaluation services for the life cycle of research impact and establishes a support platform for interconnection and integration. It adopts a combination of tangible and intangible user training to establish a professional service team to promote services in a cooperative mode and establish various Promotion methods. Domestic university libraries can learn from their experience, carry out scientific research evaluation service from an integrated perspective, strengthen the training of librarians, pay attention to user needs, and seek innovative changes in service in a changing environment.
