红细胞增多症是新生儿早期较常见的疾病．临床表现复杂，可造成严重的合并症如神经系统的永久性损害或死亡．我院1993年7月至1994年6月收治新生儿红细胞增多症50例，现总结分析如下．本文按临床症状出现的时间分为二组，即出生24小时内发病者为1组，27例；24小时后发病者为Ⅱ组 Polycythemia is a more common early neonatal disease.
