合成氨厂铜洗工段对醋酸铜氨溶液中醋酸和总氨的分析,目前多采用蒸馏法,此法分析时间长,消耗电和水,在党的第十次代表大会精神鼓舞下,在厂党支部的指导和鼓励下,我们经过多次试验,利用氢型阳离子交换树脂吸附溶液中的铜和氨,用水淋洗醋酸,以碱量法测定,用氢氧化钾和硝酸钾混和淋洗剂淋洗氨,加入中性甲醛,使生成环六甲基四胺,释出的等当量酸再用碱滴定,以计算氨含量,方法简单快速,能满足生产要求。 (一)主要试剂和用器 732型苯乙烯强酸型阳离子交换树脂。混合淋洗剂:5克氢氧化钾和10克硝酸钾溶于一立升煮沸的蒸馏水中。
