提出了描述四通换向阀换向动态特性的数学模型,对四通换向阀换向过程的压力、温度变化及活塞运动规律等动态特性进行了仿真研究;采用激光多普勒频移测试技术,对密闭高压小空间内瞬间多变的活塞运动过程进行了测试;分析了在技向过程中的活塞速度变化及气源压力对换向时间的影响,对于合理确定换向过程最小压差有重要意义。
