姜治方先生,我国已故著名集邮家,生前的邮票收藏誉满天下,多次在国际邮展上获奖。早在20世纪40年代初,姜先生就确立了集邮收藏原则—“永聚不散”。他认为集邮虽属个人爱好,但是又属于祖国财富,任何时候、任何环境下都不得将它变卖。他还建议成立中国邮政博物馆,自己的邮册可以作为建馆的基础。1966年6月,姜治方先生毅然决定将耗费其半个多世纪心血积聚起来的藏品交国家保存,1979年捐献给邮电部,部分藏品现由中国邮政邮票博物馆保存。
Mr. Jiang Zhifang, a famous philatelist in our country, has a long history of collecting stamps from his lifetime. He has won many prizes at international postal exhibitions. As early as the early 1940s, Mr. Jiang established the principle of philately collection - “forever together”. Although he believes that philately is a personal hobby, it belongs to the wealth of the motherland and can not be sold at any time and under any circumstance. He also suggested the establishment of China Post Museum, with its own postal catalog as the foundation of the museum. In June 1966, Mr. Jiang Zhifang resolutely decided to save the collection of resources accumulated for more than half a century for the preservation of the country. In 1979, he donated to the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and some of the collections were now preserved by the China Post Stamp Museum.
